It is a 3D browser game about spear fishing underwater, like catching fish with a spear on a deserted island in a survival TV show. Turn that into a game. I don't mind the library, but I expect Three.js; you don't have to use it. This PC also has the Codex CLI, so you may use it for image generation if needed. Decide the details yourself. Above all, surprise me with a game that is fun and has great graphics. Not the usual thing that looks right but has a weak UI or merely moves: pay attention to quality.
